SAICA has an integrated and agile employee wellness approach. The organisation cares about its employees’ wellness and strives to create a supportive work environment where employees embrace the concept of well-being.

SAICA has established an employee centred Wellness Framework addressing 4 main pillars of wellness (Mental health, physical health, social and financial health). Various wellness initiatives are conducted to support employee wellness needs.

Work life balance

Hybrid work environment- SAICA is committed to creating a safe and optimal working environment for its Employees. The organisation has adopted a Hybrid Working Arrangement (HWA) approach. This approach allows employees the flexibility to remotely and at the office when needed. The remote work arrangements are intended to respond to Employee needs for flexibility and to meet the changing needs of SAICA
